Basic payments - €0.12 transaction fee
• iDEAL: For Dutch customers
• Bancontact: For Belgian customers
• Terminal (physical payments): For on-site payments
Cards & Wallets - €0.12 + 2.4%. transaction fee
• Credit Cards
• Carte Bancair (Available non request)
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
Notes:
If payment methods don’t appear during checkout:
Make sure the ticket price is at least €0.50
Check that the payment methods are correctly configured in your WeTicket settings
Contact customer support if the issue persists
