Basic payments - €0.12 transaction fee
iDEAL: For Dutch customers
Bancontact: For Belgian customers
Terminal (physical payments): For on-site payments
Cards & Wallets - €0.12 + 2.4%. transaction fee
Credit Cards
Carte Bancair (Available on request)
Google Pay
Apple Pay
These methods make checkout faster for customers and also make it easier for international visitors to pay. On average, this can increase conversions by up to 7%.
Notes:
If payment methods don’t appear during checkout:
Make sure the ticket price is at least €0.50
Check that the payment methods are correctly configured in your WeTicket settings
Contact customer support if the issue persists
