Which Payment Methods Are Available?

WeTicket supports the following payment methods:

Basic payments - €0.12 transaction fee

  • iDEAL: For Dutch customers

  • Bancontact: For Belgian customers

  • Terminal (physical payments): For on-site payments

Cards & Wallets - €0.12 + 2.4%. transaction fee

  • Credit Cards

  • Carte Bancair (Available on request)

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

These methods make checkout faster for customers and also make it easier for international visitors to pay. On average, this can increase conversions by up to 7%.

Notes:

  • If payment methods don’t appear during checkout:

    • Make sure the ticket price is at least €0.50

    • Check that the payment methods are correctly configured in your WeTicket settings

    • Contact customer support if the issue persists

  • All fees apply per ticket or product.

  • Some payment wallet methods (such as Google Pay) aren’t shown to customers if they’re not logged in to an active Google Pay account on their device.
