If you refund more than the available balance in your Stripe account, Stripe will automatically withdraw the remaining amount from your connected bank account. This ensures the customer still gets their money back, even if your Stripe balance isn’t high enough to cover it.
You can check your balance by clicking "organisation name" in the top right corner and then payments in the left side bar. Or by going to your Stripe account.
