Getting Started
1. Click on your organization in the top right corner.
2. Select ‘Payments’ from the menu on the left.
3. Click ‘Connect’ and follow the steps. Refer to the instructions below for additional guidance specific to your business type.
With WeTicket, you can easily receive payments, but some information must be provided first. This legal verification is necessary to confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and to prevent misuse.
Step 1
If you work for a private limited company (B.V.) and want to activate payments via WeTicket, follow these simple steps. This guide will help you quickly set up payment options, allowing you to efficiently sell tickets and receive donations.
In a Business the management board has full or partial signing authority. This means that directors (if authorized) can sign contracts or perform legal actions on behalf of the Business. The statutes define who can sign alone and who needs to sign together with others. These statutes contain specific conditions regarding signing authority.
Start by indicating that you are a “business” and then specify that you are a corporation with legal personality in the next step.
Step 2
On the next page, enter the name of your private limited company, the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, business phone number, and additional details.
Step 3
Next, provide your name, if you are an authorized director. If multiple authorized signatories are required, you will have the option to add them afterward (refer to your B.V.’s statutes for this information).
On the same page, we ask to what extent you, as the submitter of this document, are authorized to sign on behalf of the private limited company.
If you are the sole authorized signatory, fill in the details accordingly.
Step 4
In the next step, add additional other authorized signatories if applicable.
If all required signatories have already been provided, you can proceed.
Step 5
You’re almost done!
By entering your Businesses IBAN number on this screen, you complete the payment setup with WeTicket.
You are now ready to start selling tickets!
