If you work for a foundation and want to activate payments via WeTicket, follow these simple steps. This guide will help you quickly set up payment options, allowing you to efficiently sell tickets and receive donations.
In a foundation, the board as a whole has signing authority. This means that board members can sign contracts or perform legal actions on behalf of the foundation. The statutes define who can sign alone and who needs to sign together with others. These statutes contain specific conditions regarding signing authority.
Start by indicating that you are a “non-profit organization”, and in the next step, confirm that your organization has legal personality.
On the next page, enter the name of your foundation, the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, business phone number, and additional details.
Next, provide your name, if you are an authorized board member. If multiple authorized signatories are required, you will have the option to add them afterward (refer to your foundation’s statutes for this information).
On the same page, we ask to what extent you, as the submitter of this document, are authorized to sign on behalf of the foundation.
The wording on this page may seem like it refers to shareholders in a company, but it is actually about signing authority.
If you are the sole authorized signatory for the foundation, fill in the details accordingly.
In the next step, add additional board members if applicable.
