How to Add People to the Guest List or Distribute Free Tickets

  1. Go to Your Shop

    • Click on “Events & Shops” and select a shop.

  2. Navigate to “Settings”

    • Click on “Settings” in the left menu.

  3. Go to “Tickets & Products”

    • Click on “Tickets & Products” in the left menu.

  4. Click on “Add Tickets”

    • Click “Add Tickets” and follow the steps to create new free tickets.

  5. Set the Ticket Name & Settings

    • Create a ticket type with a name like “Guest List” and set the price to €0.

    • Under “More Options,” make sure the ticket is not visible for online sales.

  6. Click “Save”

    • Your free tickets are now ready to be issued.

  7. Issue the Tickets via “POS”

    • In the left menu, click on “POS.”

    • From this page, you can manually create orders.

  8. Send the Tickets

    • Select the number of guest list tickets and enter the guest’s details.

    • Check the box “Send tickets via email” and click “Confirm.”

    • The tickets will be created and sent to your guest.
