You can easily use your WeTicket visitor data for email marketing by exporting the visitor list and importing it into your email marketing tool.
Export Your Data
Click on your organization name in the dashboard.
Navigate to “Orders.”
Download the file (CSV):
Click on ”# Tickets & Products ↓”
Filter Contacts Who Opted In for the Newsletter
Some email marketing tools allow you to filter contacts during import. If so, filter by “opt-in email marketing = 1” during the import process.
Open the exported file in a spreadsheet program (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
Locate the column labeled “opt-in email marketing.”
Anyone who agreed to receive newsletters will have a “1” in this column.
Filter the list so only these rows remain.
WeTicket asks customers by default if they want to receive your newsletter, unless you have disabled this setting.
Import Your Contacts and Send Your Email
Save the file again as a CSV.
Import your data into your email marketing tool and send your newsletter.
Follow the import steps provided by your email marketing platform.
