When managing events with WeTicket, you may collect additional information from attendees through custom questions. To access these responses, you’ll need to export your event data.
Exporting Data
You can export data either for your entire organization or for a specific event.
Organization-Wide Export
Access Orders:
Click on your organization’s name in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Navigate to the Orders section.
Download the CSV File:
Locate the button labeled ”# Tickets & Products ↓” and click on it to download the CSV file containing all orders and associated data.
Event-Specific Export
Select the Event:
Click on Events & Shops in the top right corner.
Choose the specific event for which you want to export data.
Navigate to Orders:
In the left-hand menu, click on Orders.
Download the CSV File:
Similar to the organization-wide export, click on ”# Tickets & Products ↓” to download the CSV file for that event.
💡 Note: For organizations with multiple events or recurring events, you can filter data by visit date before exporting to obtain specific datasets.
Accessing Additional Question Responses
Open the CSV File:
Use a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another compatible application to open the downloaded CSV file.
Locate Custom Question Columns:
In the spreadsheet, look for columns corresponding to your custom questions. These columns will contain the responses provided by attendees.
💡 Tip: If the data doesn’t display correctly upon opening the CSV file, you might need to adjust the import settings in your spreadsheet program to ensure proper formatting.
