When managing events with WeTicket, you may collect additional information from attendees through custom questions. To access these responses, you’ll need to export your event data.

To access these responses to your additional questions, you’ll need to export your event data.
You can export data either for your entire organisation or for a specific event.
Organisation export:
Useful if you want to export visitor data from all events within a specific period.
Click the name of your organisation in the top right
Go to the Orders tab
Click Export order line items in the top right
Select the period you want to export
Click Export
Event export
Useful if you want to export an event specific guest list.
Click the name of your organization in the top right
Click Events in the top right
Select the specific event you want to export data from
Go to the Guests tab
Click Export Guests in the top right
Accessing Additional Question Responses
WeTicket exports are always downloaded as CSV files. CSV stands for comma separated values and is a standard format for exporting data so spreadsheet programs can easily open it.
Open the CSV File:
Use a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another compatible application to open the downloaded CSV file.
Locate Custom Question Columns:
In the spreadsheet, look for columns corresponding to your custom questions. These columns will contain the responses provided by attendees.
💡 Note: If the data doesn’t display correctly upon opening the CSV file, you might need to adjust the settings in your spreadsheet program to ensure proper formatting.
