Using the POS System and Card Payments
For on-site sales, WeTicket offers a fully integrated POS system with PIN terminals. This makes it easy to sell tickets at the entrance or any physical location.
How to Use Card Terminals?
From the event homepage, navigate to “POS” in the left menu.
For recurring events, select a time slot.
Choose the desired tickets.
Adjust the settings using the toggles on the right side of the screen:
For door sales, ensure tickets are automatically checked in.
For pre-sales, do not check in the tickets immediately and enter the visitor’s email address.
Optional – If you want to collect visitor details at the door, use the tool at the bottom of the POS screen to record first names, last names, and email addresses.
Choose the payment method and press “Terminal” to process a PIN payment.
The visitor completes the payment via the terminal.
💡 Tip: The POS system can be found in each event and at the organization level in your WeTicket portal.
💡 Tip: If you are using multiple PIN terminals, select the one you want to use for the payment. This only needs to be done once, as the system will remember your selection.
How to Get Started with Card Terminals?
To start using a PIN terminal, contact WeTicket. We will ship the terminals to you by mail. Once received, a WeTicket expert will assist you over the phone to link the terminal to your POS system.
