Themes
At WeTicket, we use design themes that can be reused for your organization, shops, and even tickets. Below, you’ll find how to work with design themes.
Customizing Organization & Shop Themes
You can customize the theme of your shop or organization through the Design menu. This menu is available in two locations within your WeTicket account:
Organization Theme
Go to Your Organization Tab
Click on your organization name in the top right corner.
Edit Design
Select “Design” from the left sidebar.
Shop Theme
Go to Events & Shops
Click on “Events & Shops” in the top right corner.
Select an Event
Choose the specific event where you want to set a design theme.
Edit Design
Select “Design” from the left sidebar.
Creating & Editing Themes
In the Design menu, you can either edit existing themes or create new ones.
Click “Create Theme” to make a new theme.
To edit an existing theme, click the three dots next to it and select “Edit”.
Once inside the menu, you can customize:
Logos
Text colors
Text blocks
Background color
Button colors
If you are creating a new theme, start by entering a theme name.
Customizing Ticket Themes
Tickets can be customized according to your preferences. By default, tickets follow the organization & shop theme, but you can change this.
Go to the Design Menu
Open the event or organization style settings.
Select “Tickets”
Click on the Tickets tab to modify the ticket design.
