How do I set up a location for my event?

From your dashboard:

  • Click on 'Events' and then on the shop you are editing.

  • Click on 'Settings' in the left menu

  • Click on 'Basics' in the left menu

  • At 'Location' enter the location of your event

Generate clickable Google Maps linkt to your location

When you type your location into this field, Google Maps will show suggestions. If your location appears in the list, click the suggestion to confirm it.

Once confirmed, all mentions of this location in the ticket, ticket shop, and confirmation email will include a clickable Google Maps link, making it easy for visitors to open the location directly in Google Maps.
