How to access and adjust the basic settings of your event
How to access the basic settings:
Go to Events.
Select the event you want to edit.
Click on Settings.
Choose Basics.
In the Basic Settings, you can edit or enter:
Event name
Shop link: click edit and enter a new slug (the unique part of your shop link)
Cover photo (event banner)
Location
Short description (visible on the info page)
Long description (visible on the info page)
Add text to confirmation mail (Extra information included in the confirmation mail)
Additional shop settings available:
Language of the ticket shop
Maximum tickets per order
Shop visibility
When ticket sales start
Delete event button
