If you have sold tickets in a month, you will receive an invoice at the end of that month. The invoice includes the costs for using the WeTicket platform and payment processing fees. To ensure your company details are correctly displayed on the invoice, you can easily add them via the WeTicket portal. We will use these details for future invoices.
How to Update Your Invoice Details?
1. Go to your WeTicket portal and click on your organization name in the top right corner.
2. Click on “Settings” in the left menu.
3. Enter your company details under “Billing.”
