The revenue you generate with WeTicket should be recorded in your bookkeeping. You can do this easily by checking your Payouts or the Financial Report.
In your payouts, you’ll find a downloadable overview with a breakdown of how the paid-out amount is composed.
The Financial Report includes a VAT breakdown and is therefore especially useful if you sell tickets and products with different VAT rates.
In addition, you’ll receive a monthly invoice showing a breakdown of all withheld WeTicket fees.
Option 1: Payouts
For every payout to your account, we generate a report containing the following details:
Revenue: The total amount received from ticket sales.
Refunds: Refunds you may have issued to buyers.
Fees: The fees charged by WeTicket, including VAT.
Paid-out amount: The amount transferred to your bank account.

Option 2: Financial Report
