How Do I Enable Credit Card Payments with WeTicket

Credit card payments are not automatically activated in WeTicket. If you want to offer credit card payments to your customers, follow these steps.

  1. Contact WeTicket Support

    • To enable credit card payments, send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

    • Your organization name

    • Your registered email address on WeTicket

    • Confirmation that you want credit card payments activated

  2. Verification Process

    • Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed. This process ensures that credit card payments are set up securely and in compliance with regulations.

  3. Activation Confirmation

    • Once your request is approved, we will activate credit card payments for your account. You will receive a confirmation email when the payment option is live.

Important Notes

  • Credit card payments are subject to WeTicket's payment fees of €0.12 + 2.4% per ticket.

  • If you wish to disable credit card payments later, contact us again at [email protected].
