How do I check-in visitors with hand scanners?

WeTicket offers the option to scan tickets using handheld scanners. These are mainly used by organizations with a fixed checkout system, such as museums. These scanners are available through WeTicket.

The handheld scanner needs to be connected to your computer via USB or Bluetooth. Once connected, open the scan page in the WeTicket portal. You can find this page by navigating to “Events & Shops” → “Orders”, and then clicking the button in the top right corner to access the QR code scan page.

Once the scan page is open and the handheld scanner is connected, you can start scanning. When a QR code is scanned, your computer screen will immediately show whether the ticket has been successfully checked in. If a ticket is scanned successfully, it is also automatically checked in on the visitor list.
