  2. Best Practices for Scanning

    • Aim your scanner directly at the barcode or QR code

    • Ensure good lighting or use the flashlight function in the scan app

    • Ask visitors to have their tickets ready before reaching the entrance

  3. Checking in Large Groups

    • If a group has purchased tickets together, process them quickly by:

    • Scanning the first ticket and clicking “View Order” to open the entire booking

    • Manually checking in all tickets at once, allowing the group to enter together

  4. Common Issues & Solutions

    • Ticket is already scanned

      • Check if the visitor was scanned twice or had already been checked in earlier.

    • Scanner does not read the code

      • Search by name, email, or payment reference and manually check in the tickets by clicking “Check in”.

    • Visitor cannot find their tickets

      • Search by name, email, or payment reference and manually check in the tickets by clicking “Check in”.
