Checking in Large Groups
If a group has purchased tickets together, process them quickly by:
Scanning the first ticket and clicking “View Order” to open the entire booking
Manually checking in all tickets at once, allowing the group to enter together
Common Issues & Solutions
Ticket is already scanned
Check if the visitor was scanned twice or had already been checked in earlier.
Scanner does not read the code
Search by name, email, or payment reference and manually check in the tickets by clicking “Check in”.
Visitor cannot find their tickets
