What Can I Do with a Discount Code?
With WeTicket, you can easily create discount codes. Discount codes are a powerful tool for promoting your event and are commonly used to offer friends a reduced ticket price.
How to Create a Discount Code?
Go to the event or shop where you want to create a discount in the WeTicket portal.
Click on “Discounts” in the left menu.
Add a new discount code:
Choose a code that will activate the discount during checkout.
Select which tickets and products the code will apply to.
Set the discount amount per ticket or product.
Define how many times the code can be used.
How to Create Discount Codes in Bulk?
It can be useful to create discount codes in bulk. For example, you might generate 100 unique codes that allow each recipient to buy one or two tickets with a €5 discount. You can then distribute these codes yourself.
At the moment, batch creation of discount codes cannot be done independently. If you need bulk discount codes, please email us with a list of codes and the desired functionality. We will then import them for you.
