How do I work with reports?

In your Shop

Here you’ll find insights for one specific shop

  1. Go to Events & Shops

    • Click ‘Events & Shops’ in the top right corner

  2. Navigate to an event

    • Choose the specific event you want to view insights for

  3. View the reports

    • Select ‘Insights’ in the left sidebar

The reports are divided into three sections:

The reports provide a detailed overview of your sales success and give better insight into the performance of your events and organization

  1. Pie charts showing

    • Tickets sold

    • Products

    • Total revenue

  2. Specific results

    • Sales per ticket

    • Sales per product

    • Check-in percentages

  3. Breakdown by payment method

    • Online sales

    • POS (Point of Sale) transactions

Organization level:

Here you’ll find reports for all shops in your organization

  1. Go to your Organization tab

    • Click your organization’s name in the top right corner

  2. View Insights

    • Select ‘Insights’ in the left sidebar

    • Here you’ll find a Full Report and a Financial Report

Full Report - This shows the sales status of all events in your organization

Financial Report - gives insight into your sales. You can filter the report by time period. It shows your revenue in three ways:

  • Table with revenue per event or product

  • Table with revenue per VAT rate

  • Table with revenue per payment method

Shareable Reports

All reports can be shared via a link. This way, third parties can view them—like a promoter, a partner, or, in the case of the Financial Report, an accountant. They stay up to date on key figures without needing full access. Below you’ll find everything about shareable reports:
