What do you get paid out?
WeTicket pays out your revenue minus the WeTicket fees. A clear overview of the costs can be found in the Financial Report. Note: The amount you see under “Overview” is your gross revenue, so costs still need to be deducted from that.We pay out periodically
We pay out your ticket revenue once a month/week. This makes it predictable and easy to manage.
Stripe applies a 7-day delay to payouts.
For example, with monthly payouts: on the 1st of the month you’ll receive all funds that were available by the 24th of the previous month. This means you’re effectively paid for sales made up to the 23rd. Sales after the 23rd are included in the next month’s payout.
What happens to the revenue from the 7 days before the payout date?
Any tickets sold during those 7 days will be included in the next payout. This revenue stays on your balance and can be found under Payments in your WeTicket account.
Minimum payout threshold To ensure transaction fees do not exceed the payout amount, balances below €1 are not paid out. This means any balance under €1 will remain on your account until it surpasses this limit.
Example
Your payout frequency is set to monthly and you sell tickets on:
June 10 → payout around July 1st
June 25 → payout around August 1st
Note: the dates mentioned in this article are guidelines. The exact payout date may vary slightly due to weekends, holidays, or bank processing times.
