How Do I Work With Statistics?

The statistics page can be accessed at two levels:

In shop

Here, you can view statistics for a specific shop.

  1. Go to Events & Shops

    • Click on “Events & Shops” in the top right corner.

  2. Select an Event

    • Choose the specific event for which you want to view statistics.

  3. View Statistics

    • Click “Statistics” in the left sidebar.

At organization level

Here, you can view statistics for all shops within your organization.

  1. Go to Your Organization Tab

    • Click on your organization name in the top right corner.

  2. View Statistics

    • Click “Statistics” in the left sidebar.

The statistics page consists of three sections:

The statistics provide a detailed overview of your sales performance and help you gain better insights into the success of your events and organization.

  1. Pie Charts:

    • Tickets sold

    • Products sold

    • Total revenue

  2. Detailed Breakdowns

    • Sales per ticket

    • Sales per product

    • Check-in percentages

  3. Breakdown by Payment Method

    • Online sales

    • POS (Point of Sale) transactions

Shareable Statistics

At the event level, statistics can be shared via a link. This allows third parties, such as a promoter or partner, to stay updated on key figures without granting full access to your account.
