Can I Add Information to a Confirmation Email?

Adding extra text to a confirmation email in WeTicket allows you to provide additional details or personalized messages to your attendees. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Events & Shops:

    • Click on “Events & Shops” in the top right corner.

  2. Select a shop:

    • Choose the event or shop for which you want to edit the confirmation email.

  3. Go to Settings:

    • Click on “Settings” in the left menu.

  4. Go to Basic:

    • Select “Basic” from the settings menu.

  5. Add text to the confirmation email:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page.

    • Add your desired text in the “Add text to Confirmation Email” section.

  6. Save changes:

    • Make sure to save your changes to update the confirmation email.

💡 By selecting a piece of text, you can also add hyperlinks to your message.

Following these steps, you can easily customize confirmation emails for your events in WeTicket.
