How to work with default settings and templates

Create shops faster with standardised text and default settings

At WeTicket, organizers can manage default settings to efficiently set up shops: Templates and Defaults.

  1. Click on your organisation name in the top right corner.

  2. Navigate to Templates in the left side bar

πŸ’‘ Default settings are divided into two categories:

1. Defaults for new shops

Some settings are always the same. Set defaults to automatically apply standard texts and values when creating a new shop.

  • Location: Default location

  • Maximum tickets/products per order: Default order limit.

  • Default visitor language: Default language for visitors

  • Shop visibility: Public or private.

  • Confirmation email: Default text in the order confirmation email.

2. Defaults for refunds

  • Refund options: Choose which option is selected by default:

    • Ticket price (excluding service fees

    • Ticket price + service fee

    • Custom amount

  • Confirmation email: When issuing a refund, WeTicket automatically adds a message you can include. You can change the default message here.
