To change the email address you use to log in, you can easily invite that address as a new team member.
Open "Team" by clicking on your organisation name in the top right corner of your screen, click settings and selecting "team" in the menu on the left.
Invite a New Member by clicking “Invite Team Member” button on the right side of the screen.
After being invited to join an organisation, you'll receive an email with a link to accept the invite.
After clicking the link, you'll land on the following page.
Upon confirmation, you'll receive a code to verify your email address. Once verified, you've added your new email address to the organisation.
Note: Log out of WeTicket before clicking the invite link in your email to accept the invite. If you’re still logged in, you won’t be able to accept the invite.
