To change the email address you use to log in, you can easily invite that address as a new team member.
Open "Team" by clicking on your organisation name in the top right corner of your screen and selecting "team in the menu on the left.
Invite a New Member by clicking “Invite Team Member” button on the right side of the screen.
Accept the Invitation on the newly added email address:
The invited email address will receive an email. Once accepted, it becomes part of your team with access to your events.
Note: If you want to accept a new invite but already have an account, log out of WeTicket before clicking the invite link in your email. If you’re still logged in, you won’t be able to accept the invite.
