How do i change someone's order details?

How to change someone’s email address or name on an order

Sometimes a visitor provides the wrong email address or name. If that happens, you can change these details directly in the WeTicket portal.


First, find the correct order:

  1. Click your organization name

  2. Go to Orders

  3. Click the order of the person you’d like to help

    • You can search by name, email, or payment reference


Change the name on an order

To change the name, click the pencil icon next to the name

  1. Enter the new first and last name

  2. Click “Save”


Change someone’s email address and resend tickets

To change the email address, click the pencil icon next to the email address

  1. Enter the new/correct email address

  2. To resend tickets, select “Yes” at resend

  3. Click “Save”
