Why is there a difference between WeTicket invoices and my payout report?

Updated over a month ago

When you organise events with WeTicket, you receive two different documents from us. Although they may look similar, they serve different purposes.

1. Payout and payout report

  • You receive payouts according to your payout schedule (monthly/weekly/daily).

  • The payout report shows the details of these payments.

  • For security reasons payouts are delayed by 7 days, meaning the balance you get paid out is the balance from 7 days ago.

  • This document gives you insight into the actual money that has been transferred and the fees that were calculated over that amount.

2. Monthly invoice

  • At the beginning of each new month, you receive an invoice for the full previous month (1st to 31st).

  • This invoice is meant for your bookkeeping only.

  • It clearly states that it does not need to be paid, since our fees are already deducted from your payout.

Note: You can choose whether you use the payout report or the invoice in your administration, whichever fits your bookkeeping best.
