How do I Change Someone’s Email?

It can happen that someone enters the wrong email address. In that case, you can update the email address in the WeTicket portal and then resend the tickets.

How to Change Someone’s Email and Resend Tickets

1. Click on your organization name.

2. Navigate to Orders.

3. Click on the order of the person you want to assist.

• You can search using name, email, or payment reference in the search bar.

4. Click the pencil icon next to the email address to update it.

5. To resend the tickets, select “Yes” under Resend Tickets.

6. Click “Save”.
