How do I Resend Tickets to a Visitor?

How to Resend Tickets via WeTicket

  1. Click on your organization name.

  2. Navigate to Orders.

  3. Click on the order of the person you want to assist.

    • You can search using name, email, or payment reference in the search bar.

  4. Resend tickets:

    • Click on “Actions” in the top right corner, then select “Resend tickets.”

💡 Tips:

  • If someone entered the wrong email address, click the pencil icon to update the email and send the tickets to the new address.

  • If necessary you can download the PDF ticket through “Actions” in the top right corner as well.
