With our "Find my ticket" tool, visitors can retrieve their tickets on their own without needing any support. This is useful when they cannot find their confirmation email, entered an incorrect email address, or lost access to their tickets for any other reason.
Visitors simply open the Find my ticket page, locate the payment in their banking app, copy the full payment description, paste it into the Payment description field, and click Retrieve tickets. The system then automatically finds the correct order and displays the tickets.
If you or your team wants to help them find their ticket, it is also possible to resend them.
How to Resend Tickets via WeTicket

Click on your organisation name.
Navigate to Orders.
Click on the order of the person you want to assist.
You can search using name, email, or payment reference in the search bar.
Resend tickets:
In the top right corner, click on “Resend confirmation mail.”
💡 Tips:
If someone entered the wrong email address, click the pencil icon to update the email and send the tickets to the new address.
If necessary you can download the PDF tickets by clicking "Download tickets" next to the header tickets in the middle of the page.
