How do I stop my ticket sales?

Sometimes, your event may reach full capacity, or you may want to stop sales for other reasons. This article explains how to do it easily.

There are two ways to stop sales

You can either hide tickets in your shop or mark your entire shop as sold out.


Option 1: Mark your event as sold out

1. Click on “Events & Shops”

2. Select the event you want to edit

3. Check how many tickets have been sold, for example, in the “Statistics” section

4. Click on “Settings”, then go to “Schedule & Capacity”, and lower the capacity to the number of sold tickets

5. All tickets will remain visible but will be displayed as “Sold Out”


Option 2: Hide tickets

1. Click on “Events & Shops”

2. Select the event you want to edit

3. Click on “Settings”, then go to “Tickets & Products”

4. Click on the three dots on the right of the ticket you want to hide

5. Scroll down and uncheck “Online”

• This will hide the ticket in the shop, but other tickets will remain visible

6. If you do this for all tickets, visitors will see an empty ticket shop with the message: “There are no tickets available for this event”
