  2. In the left sidebar, click on “Settings”

  3. Then, select “Basics”

Find advanced settings under the ‘Settings’ dropdown

Here, you can adjust several advanced options for your event:

  1. Language

  2. Maximum number of tickets or products per order

  3. Shop visibility

  4. Sales start time

💡 Read below for details on how to use these advanced settings!

Language

  • Adjust the language settings for your shop

  • How does it work? Use the dropdown menu to select one of five available languages: English, Dutch, German, Spanish, or French.

  • With the “Use browser language” setting, the shop will automatically adjust to the preferred language of the visitor’s browser, ensuring a seamless experience.

💡 Tip: If you choose “Visitor’s browser language”, the shop will automatically display in the visitor’s preferred language. If the language is not supported by WeTicket, it will default to English.

Maximum number of tickets or products per order

  • This setting allows you to limit how many tickets or products a customer can purchase in a single order.

  • How to use: Enter the maximum number of tickets or products allowed per order.

Shop Visibility

  • This setting controls whether your shop is publicly accessible or restricted. Use the dropdown menu to choose if your shop should be public or private.

  • Public: The shop is visible to everyone.

  • Private: The shop does not appear in the event overview on your organization page but remains accessible via a direct link.

Sales Start Time

  • This setting determines when ticket sales begin. Choose whether sales should start immediately or at a later time.

  • Now: Sales start immediately.

  • Later: Set a future start time, which will display a countdown timer until sales begin.
