How do I adjust the language of my ticket shop?

Go to ‘Basics’ in your event for advanced settings

  1. Click on an event in “Events”

  2. In the left sidebar, click on “Settings”

  3. Then, select “Basics”

  4. Click on the ‘Settings’ dropdown at the bottom

  • Adjust the language settings for your shop

  • How does it work? Use the dropdown menu to select one of five available languages: English, Dutch, German, Spanish, or French.

  • With the “Use browser language” setting, the shop will automatically adjust to the preferred language of the visitor’s browser, ensuring a seamless experience. If the language is not supported by WeTicket, it will default to English.

WeTicket handles translations for all fixed texts but not for the text you provide so make sure your own wording is easy to understand.
