Using templates in WeTicket allows you to set up new shops quickly and efficiently by reusing predefined settings. Follow these steps to streamline your shop creation process.
1. Create a Shop Template
1. Go to “Events & Shops”
2. Select an existing shop that you want to use as a template
3. Click on “Settings” in the left menu
4. Adjust the shop settings (tickets, pricing, visibility, etc.) to match your template needs
5. Save this shop as a reference for future duplication
2. Duplicate an Existing Shop
1. Navigate to “Events & Shops”
2. Find the shop you want to duplicate
3. Click on the three dots next to the shop name
4. Select “Duplicate”
5. A new shop will be created with all the settings from the original
💡 After duplicating, you can edit the details such as event name, dates, and ticket pricing without affecting the original shop.
3. Adjust the New Shop as Needed
Once duplicated, customize the shop for the new event:
Update event details: Change event name, date, and location
Modify ticket settings: Adjust pricing, availability, or categories
Review visibility & limits: Ensure shop settings match your requirements
Set sales start time: Choose when tickets go on sale
