Hide a ticket category in your ticketshop
Go to “Tickets and Products” in your event for advanced settings
Click on an event in “Events"
Click on “Settings” in the left sidebar.
Then select “Tickets and Products.
Find the tickets you want to hide and click “edit” via the three dots
Ticket visibility
At the bottom, you will find the section Online. In the dropdown, you can choose between the following settings:
Visible in shop: the tickets are shown online in the ticketshop.
Locked with voucher code: tickets only become visible once the correct voucher code has been entered.
Not visible in shop: the tickets are not shown online in the ticketshop.
Under the section POS, you will find a toggle that determines whether the tickets are visible in the POS.
