Change the order of tickets or products

Want to change the order of your tickets in the shop or POS? Here’s how to do it.

First go to the tickets or products you'd like to rearrange:

  1. Click on ‘Events’ and then select a shop.

  2. In the left menu, click on ‘Settings’.

  3. Then click on ‘Tickets & products’ in the left menu.

Then to rearrange the ticket/products:

  • Click the reorder icon

    In the top-right corner of the Tickets section, click the icon with two stacked bars to open the reorder mode.

  • Drag and drop the tickets

    A pop-up will appear. Drag the tickets into the order you want using the handle icon next to the ticket name.

  • Save your changes

    Click Save to apply the new order. Click Cancel if you don’t want to make any changes.


Change the order of additional questions

Want to change the order of the questions in the shop? Here’s how to do it.

First go to the questions you'd like to rearrange:

  1. Click on ‘Events’ and then select a shop.

  2. In the left menu, click on ‘Settings’.

  3. Then click on ‘Additional questions’ in the left menu.

Then to rearrange the questions:

  • Click the reorder icon

    In the top-right corner of the additional questions section, click the icon with two stacked bars to open the reorder mode.

  • Drag and drop the questions

    A pop-up will appear. Drag the questions into the order you want using the handle icon next to the question.

  • Save your changes

    Click Save to apply the new order. Click Cancel if you don’t want to make any changes.
