If you’re setting the VAT per ticket or product based on the country you operate from, start by going to Organization > Settings > Billing. There, you can select the correct country. Once the country is set, the applicable VAT rates for that country will become available when setting a VAT rate per ticket or product.

Click on your organization name
Click Settings
Click Billing
Select the correct country under Country
Follow these steps to set the VAT rates:
Go to your event
Click Settings, then Tickets & Products
Click the three dots
Click Edit, then scroll all the way down to set the VAT rate
