Manage organisation settings

In this article, you’ll learn how to adjust your organization’s general settings. You can find these settings here:

  1. Click on your organization name

  2. Click on ‘Settings’ in the left menu

  3. Click on the ‘General’ tab

You can then manage the following settings, such as the organization name, sender email address, and time zone:

  • Organisation name - Set your organisation’s name. This name is visible to ticket buyers.

  • Organisation URL - You’ll see your organisation URL here. Once it’s been created, you can’t change it yourself.

  • Sender address - Under Sender address for ticket confirmation emails, enter the email address that should appear in the buyer’s inbox. The emails are technically sent by WeTicket, but your email address is displayed over it. To the recipient, it looks like the email comes directly from your organization.

  • Country - Select the country where your organization is based from the dropdown menu. This determines which VAT rates are available when creating tickets. The selected country must match the country of the VAT number you enter under invoice settings.

  • Time Zone - The time zone controls how times are displayed on your ticket page. The default is Europe/Amsterdam.
