Managing Your Organisation Settings

Learn how to configure your organisation's settings and how too access them:

  1. Click your organisation name

  2. Click Settings


General

Go to Settings → General.

  • Organisation name – The name visible to ticket buyers.

  • Organisation URL – Your unique URL. This cannot be changed once set.

  • Sender address – The email address displayed to buyers in ticket confirmation emails. Emails are sent via WeTicket, but your address appears as the sender.

  • Country – Select your organisation's country. This determines available VAT rates and must match the country of your VAT number in Billing Details.

  • Time zone – Controls how times display on your ticket page. Default is Europe/Amsterdam.

Billing Details

Go to Settings → Billing Details to enter your organisation's invoicing information, including the email address used for invoices.

Marketing

Go to Settings → Marketing to manage your marketing preferences, including the newsletter opt-in toggle, organisation description, and tracking IDs for Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.

Checkout

Go to Settings → Checkout to set default checkout questions for all your ticket shops, such as phone number, postal code, birth date, gender, house rules and email marketing. For each field, you can choose between don't ask, optional and required. After saving, these settings will be applied to the checkout of all your ticket shops.

Payments

Go to Settings → Payments to activate and configure your payment settings.

Team

Go to Settings → Team to manage your team members.

Default Settings

Go to Settings → Default Settings to configure your default preferences.

Design

Go to Settings → Design to customise the look of your ticket page.

Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations to connect your calendar via iCal, so your events automatically appear in your calendar.
