Working with the Guests page

Using the Guests overview to filter or edit guests for your event

On the Guests page, you manage all visitors of your event. Here you will find an overview of everyone who purchased a ticket.

  • You can find the Guest page in each event by Clicking on Events at the top, and then selecting the event you want to work in.

  • Next, in the menu bar on the left, click on Guests.

What you see per guest:

  • Name and email address

  • Ticket status, for example Open, Scanned in or Canceled

  • Ticket type

  • (Only for recurring events) timeslot

Tip: Use the search bar in the top right to quickly find a guest by name, email address or reference.


Filtering

Filtering by status

Do you only want to see guests who have already been scanned, or those who are still open?

  1. Click Status at the top

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Canceled

    • Scanned in

    • Scanned out

    • Open

  3. Click Apply

Filtering by timeslots (only for recurring events)

Are you working with timeslots? You can also filter by period.

  1. Click Timeslot

  2. Choose, for example:

    • Today

    • Tomorrow

    • Coming 30 days

    • Last 30 days

    • Custom Range

  3. Click Apply


Managing individual tickets

Use the three dots on the right side of a guest to perform additional actions.

  1. Click the three dots next to the ticket

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Scan in ticket

    • View order details

    • Download ticket

    • Cancel ticket

This allows you to manage individual tickets quickly without leaving the page.

Note: When you cancel a ticket, the status is immediately updated to Canceled.


Exporting guests

Do you want to download all data from this event?

  1. Click Export guests

  2. Download the file

  3. Open the file in Excel or another program
