At WeTicket, organizers can manage default settings to efficiently set up shops: Templates and Defaults.
Click on your organisation name in the top right corner.
Click settings in the dropdown.
Navigate to Templates in the left side bar
π‘ Default settings are divided into two categories:
1. Defaults for new shops
Some settings are always the same. Set defaults to automatically apply standard texts and values when creating a new shop.
Location: Default location
Maximum tickets/products per order: Default order limit.
Default visitor language: Default language for visitors
Shop visibility: Public or private.
Confirmation email: Default text in the order confirmation email.
2. Defaults for refunds
Refund options: Choose which option is selected by default:
Ticket price (excluding service fees
Ticket price + service fee
Custom amount
Confirmation email: When issuing a refund, WeTicket automatically adds a message you can include. You can change the default message here.
