After placing an order in your shop, visitors will receive an email. Through this email, they can download their PDF tickets.

Sometimes an email client may not display the contents of an email correctly, which can cause certain elements such as links to appear incorrectly or be difficult to see.
For this reason, a link is always included at the bottom of the email so the tickets can still be opened if the email is not displayed properly.
Ticket page
When visitors click the link in their confirmation email they are taken to a ticket page which is fully optimized for clear viewing fast scanning and easy access to all tickets in the order.
PDF Ticket
Upon clicking 'download' the visitor will be able to save their PDF ticket. These look something like this (all colors are customisable):
