How To Work With Sharable Reports?

Sometimes it's necessary to share insights and event reports with third parties, such as a promoter or partner. This way they stay up-to-date on the most important figures, without giving them full access. And the best part: these reports are real-time and continuously updated.

You can find the share report button for each event or shop under “Insights”:

  1. Click on “Events” in the top right corner.

  2. Select the event for which you want to share insights.

  3. Click “Insights” in the left sidebar.

Types of Shareable Reports

  • Basic Report – Includes general data only, excluding financial information.

  • Full Report – Includes all data, including financial information.


How to Share a Report

1. Choose the Right Report

  • Open the event for which you want to share insights.

  • Select the report type: Basic or Full.

💡 Tip: Decide whether you want to share financial data or keep it private.


2. Click on “Share Report”

  • Go to the top right corner of the screen.

  • Click the “Share Report” button.


3. Publish the Report

  • A pop-up will appear after clicking “Share Report.”

  • Click “Publish” to make the report available.

A shareable link will now be generated.


4. Share the Link with Third Parties

  • Copy the link and send it to the relevant people.

  • Anyone with the link can view the reports.

💡 Tip: Make sure to only share the link with authorized individuals to prevent unauthorized access.


5. Revoke Access (If Needed)

Want to stop sharing the report?

  • Click “Share Report” again.

  • In the pop-up, select “Unpublish Report” to withdraw access.

Note: Once you revoke access, the shared link will no longer work. Make sure to inform anyone who has already received the link.
