Your shop can be found through a unique link. It has two parts:
Organisation URL: the base of all your links, for example your-organisation.weticket.io
Event link (slug): the part after the slash, one per event, for example your-organisation.weticket.io/your-event
WeTicket automatically suggests a link based on the name of your organisation or event. Spaces become a dash (-). You can also change the link yourself.
Examples:
theatergroupxyz.weticket.io/springfest
musicclubabc.weticket.io/concert
Changing your organisation URL
Click your organisation name in the top right and go to Settings → General.
Click Edit next to Organisation URL.
Enter the new name under New organisation URL. You'll see right away what the new URL looks like.
Tick I understand all previously shared links will stop working. and click Save.
Do you see URL already taken? Then another organisation already uses that name. Pick a different one.
Changing the link of an event (slug)
Open your event and go to Settings in the left menu. Choose Basics.
Click Edit next to your event link.
Enter a new slug.
Tick I understand all previously shared links will stop working. and click Save.
💡 When you change your organisation URL or an event link, the links you shared before stop working. Remember to update the links on your website and social media.
