Go to ‘Basics’ in your event for advanced settings
Click on an event in “Events & Shops”
In the left sidebar, click on “Settings”
Then, select “Basics”
Click on the ‘Settings’ dropdown at the bottom
Shop Visibility
This setting controls whether your shop is publicly accessible or restricted. Use the dropdown menu to choose if your shop should be public or private.
Public: The shop is visible to everyone.
Private: The shop does not appear in the event overview on your organization page but remains accessible via a direct link.
