Hide a ticket category in your ticketshop
Go to “Tickets and Products” in your event for advanced settings
Click on an event in “Events & Stores
Click on “Settings” in the left sidebar.
Then select “Tickets and Products.
Find the tickets you want to hide and click “edit” via the three dots
Ticket visibility
At the very bottom you will find two check boxes:
POS: indicates whether the tickets should be displayed in the POS
Online: indicates whether the tickets should be displayed online
If you uncheck both boxes, the ticket will not be visible anywhere.
