When someone buys a ticket through WeTicket, the payment is processed using the details you entered when setting up your payouts.
1. Business name
The name you provided (for example your company or organisation) is what customers see on their bank statement.
2. Clear identification
This makes it easy for buyers to recognise the payment and connect it to your event.
3. Need to update it?
If you want to change what appears on customer statements, go to Payments and click through to the Dashboard settings to update your payout details.
