At WeTicket, we make things easy for you. That’s why we round our rates.

Calculating VAT on small amounts creates numbers with many decimal places. For example, applying 21% VAT to €0.12 results in €0.1452.

Amounts smaller than one cent make accounting unnecessarily complex. That’s why we round our rates, keeping your bookkeeping simple.

💡 We round rates per ticket or product sold. This rounding applies to both platform and payment costs.

You can decide how much service fee you want to pass on to your visitors.

Some organizations charge no service fees, while others choose to do so. For example, charging €1.00 in service fees creates an additional revenue stream.

WeTicket pays a percentage of your revenue to Stripe for processing payments. For organizations selling high-priced tickets or products, our standard rates do not cover these costs. That’s why there is a small surcharge for selling higher-value tickets.

With our standard rates, you can sell tickets and products up to €100. If you want to sell higher-priced tickets or products, a 0.25% surcharge applies, calculated on all your sales.

PIN Terminal (€199)

To sell tickets at the door, you need a PIN terminal. Our simple touchscreen terminals are connected to the cash register in your WeTicket account, allowing you to process payments quickly and efficiently.

PIN Dock (€45)

Optionally, you can order a dock, a holder for your PIN terminal. You can return it within 3 months for a 100% refund.

You can return the terminals within 3 months in their original packaging for a 100% refund.
